If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment is made in several packages / stages, we only charge the shipping costs once. In special cases we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs after your confirmation.

Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
You can download download products from your customer account.
They are usually made available for download immediately after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times
The delivery times (handover to the shipping service provider) are stored in the respective product.
